BEFORE YOUR SESSION
Client Digital Screening
All clients are required to complete a COVID-19 digital screening questionnaire emailed to you within 12 hours of the appointment time. A new intake form and waiver will also be mandatory for new and returning clients.
Staff Digital Screening & Testing
To minimize the COVID-19 exposure risk to you, our therapists and trainers are required to complete a COVID-19 digital screening questionnaire prior to every shift. Staff also test weekly for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Tests.
DURING YOUR SESSION
Please arrive for your session right on time and wait for your appointment time if you arrive early.
Minimal Personal Items
Arrive with minimal personal items and dressed in athletic clothing ready for your appointment. Essential items and coats can be placed in designated gym cubbies or in your treatment space.
Wear A Mask
Face masks are mandatory for all rehab clients coming into the facility. Clients can use cloth face masks. Medical face masks are mandatory to wear for each therapist and trainer.
Hand sanitization for anyone entering and exiting the facility is mandatory. Hand sanitization stations are dispersed throughout the facility.
Therapists and trainers sanitize all equipment and/or the treatment tables in between each appointment. All treatment tables are cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant.
Treatment & Exercise Zones
The clinical space is divided up into specific treatment zones for therapists allowing for physical distancing. The gym space is also divided up into specific exercise zones for trainers allowing for physical distancing.
In an effort to minimize exposure and contact, we’re limiting the use of our change rooms and washrooms. Please arrive at the facility knowing that you may not be able access our washrooms and water fountains during your visit.
Touch Free Payment
A safety shield is in place to protect our client experience team.Tap or electronic payments recommended. All receipts and invoices are sent electronically.
Other Cleaning & Sanitization Measures
Payment terminal, desktops, floors, and other frequently touched surfaces will be cleaned multiple times throughout the day.
A thorough clean & sanitization, including electrostatic cleaning, will occur daily.
When in close, shared spaces, please follow the markers placed around the facility to maintain a safe distance.
Do not come to DEPTH if you are sick or feeling unwell.
