Designed to provide maximum foot control for each individual, we can even customize sport specific orthotics for hockey and golf!

Custom orthotics are covered by most insurance plans. If you have physiotherapy or chiropractic benefits, you likely have benefits for orthotics! Most custom orthotics require a physician, podiatrist, or chiropodist requisition. Please check with your insurance provider or speak with your therapist for more information.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Step 1

Book your orthotic fitting via a Chiropractic Assessment by either calling 226-748-9494 or schedule an appointment online.

Step 2

Before your first session, you will receive a welcome email. This will prompt you to set up an account so you can book subsequent treatment sessions online. Welcome to the 21st century!

Step 3

You will also be sent a link to fill out our online intake form. It should only take 5 minutes and must be completed prior to your first appointment.

Step 4

Not sure what to wear? Bring shorts and a t-shirt. That’s usually the best.

Step 5

How long will I be? A full 60 minutes is allocated for all Custom Orthotic Assessments.

Step 6

Where are we located? 483 Conestogo Road, Waterloo, ON. Parking is free and at the back of the building. We share the same entrance as The Zone Training. When you arrive, follow the signs to the second floor where you will be greeted by our Client Experience Team.

Step 7

After your initial assessment, you will discuss all the required information needed to order your custom orthotics.

Step 8

An invoice will be provided directly to you so that you can claim through extended health care benefits.
