Athletes are provided with a positive training experience which educates them about proper training techniques.
Athletes are exposed to challenging and complex movements while being motivated to reach their physical potential.
Athletes are encouraged to build chemistry with one another by working hard as a cohesive unit.
Team training allows athletes to improve athleticism by developing STRENGTH, MOBILITY, AGILITY, & SPEED that is SPECIFIC to their sport. Athletes are challenged with full body movements to develop body awareness, balance, and explosive power.
In addition to team training, we can provide your team with nutritional advice, mental preparation strategies, and a well-designed dynamic warm-up to be implemented before practice, workouts, and games.
A variety of packages are available to fit your level of competition and team budget.
Work with our coaches to determine what time and how many times per week your team will be coming. We offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
Not sure what your athletes should wear? Shorts, a t-shirt, and bring a water bottle. That’s usually the best. Cubbies are available for all personal items.
How long will I be? Sessions are usually 60 minutes in duration, but confirm with your coach once you have everything set up.
Where are we located? 483 Conestogo Road, Waterloo, ON. Parking is free and at the back of the building. We share the same entrance as The Zone Training. When you arrive, follow the signs to the second floor where you will be greeted by our Client Experience Team.
Come enjoy your session at DEPTH. Your first team session may involve some sort of testing, assessment, and goal setting so we can develop the best plan for your athletes. Work closely with your coaches to get results!
