The Adult Fitness & Performance Program is our membership-based, group training program designed for those looking to improve their general fitness, strength, cardiovascular conditioning and overall health. Our program has been created using the same training principles we use with our high-performance athletes. We design these workouts to improve all aspects of your performance from mobility to strength and power to speed and conditioning. All with the goal of helping you look, move, and perform better!

Not sure what to wear? Shorts, a t-shirt, and water bottle. That’s usually the best. Cubbies are available for all personal items.
How long will I be? Classes are usually 60 minutes in duration.
Where are we located? 483 Conestogo Road, Waterloo, ON. Parking is free and at the back of the building. We share the same entrance as The Zone Training. When you arrive, follow the signs to the second floor where you will be greeted by our Client Experience Team.
