There are several types of massage therapy that focus on different parts of the body or healing approaches. Your massage therapist may use multiple approaches within a treatment session and can help you determine what technique will work best for you.
Before your first session, you will receive a welcome email. This will prompt you to set up an account so you can book subsequent treatment sessions online. Welcome to the 21st century!
You will also be sent a link to fill out our online intake form. It should only take 5 minutes and must be completed prior to your first appointment.
Not sure what to wear? Bring shorts and a t-shirt. That’s usually the best.
How long will I be? Ideally, your first session should be approximately 60 minutes or more. We want to be able to go through a detailed assessment, but also provide treatment on day one so you can experience results sooner. Subsequent treatment sessions vary in duration depending on what type of treatment you are looking for.
