WHAT TO EXPECT

Step 1

Book an appointment by either calling 226-748-9494 or schedule an appointment online. To see which therapists offer acupuncture, scroll down to see our acupuncture team.

Step 2

Before your first session, you will receive a welcome email. This will prompt you to set up an account so you can book subsequent treatment sessions online. Welcome to the 21st century!

Step 3

You will also be sent a link to fill out our online intake form. It should only take 5 minutes and must be completed prior to your first appointment.

Step 4

Not sure what to wear? Bring shorts and a t-shirt. That’s usually the best.

Step 5

How long will I be? Your first session will be approximately 60 minutes. We want to be able to go through a detailed assessment, but also provide treatment on day one so you can experience results sooner. Subsequent treatment sessions are usually 30 minutes in duration one-on-one with your physiotherapist.

Step 6

Where are we located? 408 Albert Street, Waterloo, ON. Parking is free. When you arrive, you will be greeted by our Client Experience Team.

Step 7

After your initial assessment, you will receive an individualized treatment plan so you know exactly what to expect as we work together to reach your ultimate goal.

Step 8

At the end of each session, an invoice will be provided directly to you so that you can claim through extended health care benefits.
