After sitting down with your Precision Certified Nutrition Coach, we will help you lay out realistic and attainable goals specific to you.
It’s not enough just to tell you what to you. We want to teach you so that your nutrition knowledge can be lifelong! We want your health and nutrition plan to be sustainable.
We suggest you don’t just come in for a nutrition assessment. Book regular follow-up sessions with your nutrition coach to keep you accountable. This also helps us make nutrition tweaks if needed.

Before your first session, you will receive a welcome email. This will prompt you to set up an account via our software Jane so you can view billing history, pay for sessions online, or book any rehabilitation services needed. Welcome to the 21st century!
You will also be sent a link to fill out our online intake form. It should only take 5 minutes and must be completed prior to your first session.
Nutrition sessions are completed virtually. Instructions about how to login and get set up at your appointment time will be sent to you. If you would like to do an in-person nutrition session, please let our team know so we can accommodate for you.
How long will I be? Initial sessions are usually 60 minutes in duration, but confirm with your coach once you have everything set up. Follow-up sessions are usually 30 minutes in duration.
