The cost of a semi-private training performance package varies depending on 4 main variables:
PERSONAL TRAINER EXPERIENCE
Based on our hiring process, we only bring on highly qualified trainers that fit into our DEPTH team and focus on continuing educational development ensuring professional growth amongst our trainers.
How many friends or family members will you be training with for each session? You have to opportunity to work out as a pair, trio, or quad. The number of people in each small semi-private training group is another variable that needs to be inputted while determining the cost of a semi-private training package.
Depending on your group needs and personal goals, we will establish a level of commitment. This is the number of days per week you will working directly with your trainer. For optimal results, especially early in your fitness journey, a moderate to high commitment level is recommended. This may involve a 2-3 day per week training frequency. The commitment level is another variable that needs to be inputted while determining the cost of a semi-private training package.
Similar to commitment level, your program duration should be established depending on your group needs and personal goals. This is the estimated length you will be working directly with your trainer. For example, if you wanted to lose 40 lbs, it wouldn’t be realistic to plan for a short term commitment of 1 month. For optimal results, especially early in your fitness journey, a medium to long term program duration is recommended. This may involve a 3-6 month training duration to achieve your goals. The program duration is another variable that needs to be inputted while determining the cost of a semi-private training package.

Meet with one of our trainers to establish your group needs, goals, and determine what your training frequency will be.
Before your first session, you will receive a welcome email. This will prompt you to set up an account via our software Jane so you can view billing history, pay for sessions online, or book any rehabilitation services needed. Welcome to the 21st century!
You will also be sent a link to fill out our online intake form. It should only take 5 minutes and must be completed prior to your first session.
Not sure what to wear? Shorts, a t-shirt, and water bottle. That’s usually the best. Cubbies and lockers are available for all personal items.
How long will I be? Sessions are usually 60 minutes in duration, but confirm with your personal trainer once you have everything set up. 30 minute sessions are also available.
Come enjoy your session at DEPTH. Your first session may involve some sort of testing, assessment, and further goal setting so we can develop an individualized program for you and your group. Work closely with your trainer to get results!
